What orientation does the sensor need to be installed in?

The sensor will work in any orientation, however "nose up" should be avoided as any particles in the oil may collect around the sensor head and give an incorrect reading.


"Nose up" installations should be avoided where possible and are not suitable for installing into engine applications.
