What do I do if the oil I want to use is not in the oil database?

You can select a similar oil in the database to use (be aware this may not give you the most accurate result), or alternatively, you can send us a sample of oil to profile and add to the database.
You can request a new oil profile to be added HERE

We will require a copy of the MSDS for the oil and a 400ml sample of new clean oil to profile.
