Gateway Commissioning Tool
To find the online status of a Tan Delta SENSE-3 gateway device, we have generated a commissioning tool.
This tool takes the serial number of the gateway device and checks the current status in the TD Online cloud along with the status of any sensors registered with this device.
***NOTE: This tool is only for SENSE-3 gateway devices running Firmware V3.0.1 or higher***

User guide:
- Identify the serial number of the gateway in use. This can be found on the manufacturers label as a 7 digit code. (***NOTE: Only the first 6 digits are required. Discard the last digit.***)

- Enter the 6 digit serial number to the commissioning tool search box and click "Submit"
- The tool will begin the lookup and will show "Processing..."

- The tool will show the last reported status of the gateway searched as per the following image
- If the gateway was not found as a listed device (not yet registered) the following result will be shown.
It is likely that this error is generated due to an incorrect serial number (mis-typed or too many digits,) or because the gateway device you are searching for is running a firmware version earlier than V3.0.1
