      Oil Profile Checker

      All sensors must be configured to the specific oil they are intended to be used with – this is called an Oil Profile. You can search our Oil Database using the link below or you can download the latest database from our downloads section, which you can then import into CADS or MOT software to configure your sensor to your desired oil.
      If your required oil is not in our database, submit an Oil Profile Request Form and we can create a profile for you.

        OPENING HOURS

        Our UK office opening hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 hours (GMT)

        Direct support is available during these working hours. If you need assistance outside of these hours, you can access our knowledge base, technical publications, or you can submit a ticket to our helpdesk. We will respond to tickets within 4 working hours during office opening hours.
        If you are a Tan Delta distributor, you can sign up for access to your support ticket history and additional distributor resources. All sign up requests are reviewed before acceptance, so please allow some time for your request to be processed.
